About us
Our complementary team combines more than three decades of experience in high-resolution 3D printing, fluidics, polymer chemistry, materials science, design, and technology company creation and growth.
As a spin-off from TU Dresden, our team is working together to realize our vision of microscale multi-material 3D printing.

Dr. Robert Kirchner
Co-Founder & CEO
Robert develops multi-material 3D printing since 2018. He has an engineering degree from Technische Universität Dresden and has 10+ years of experience in 3D micro-nano-fabrication. Robert drives the vision, the strategic development, and supports the system design.

Jörg Knorr
Co-Founder & CCO
Jörg holds a degree in economics, has long-term business experience in different positions and various areas of industries, is experienced in technology transfer, spin-offs, and the growth of companies. Jörg oversees finances and mainly coordinates and drives business development.

Josua Zscheile
Co-Founder & CTO Software
Josua holds a degree in Computer Science and has experience in sensor integration, real-time systems and software optimization. Apart from that, he is interested in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. He is mainly responsible for our software and its integration.

Man Ho Wong
Head of Engineering
Man Ho (Marcus) holds a Master of Science in Electronics and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering). He has work experience in the semiconductor industry as well as at university. He likes to design mechanical parts and make things work, with considerations of how usable can it be to general users. He is mainly responsible for the mechanical design of the system.

Pratyaksh Yemulwar
Development Engineer
Pratyaksh holds a Master of Science in Nanobiophysics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics. Prior to joining the team, he has worked at several research institutes to gain extensive knowledge in various 2D, 3D and 4D fabrication techniques. He is mainly responsible for optimizing the fluidic exchange properties of an open-fluidic system during 3D printing.
Advisory Board and Network
We have a renowned board of advisors from industry and academia.

Prof. Dr. Gerald Gerlach
Prof. Gerlach is the director of the Institute of Solid State Electronics at TU Dresden. His expertise comprises sensors and sensor systems, semiconductor technology, functional thin films, as well as complex heterogeneous microsystems. He did hold various university management positions.

Dr. Arne Schleunitz
Arne Schleunitz is since 2016 Co-CEO and CTO at micro resist technology GmbH. He studied electrical engineering and his scientific focus is advanced micro- and nano-structure fabrication and respective materials.

Dr. Helmut Schift
Helmut Schift is Head of the Advanced Nanomanufacturing Group at the Paul Scherer Institute. He studied electrical engineering and his specialization are micro-optics, 3D-lithography, and polymer replication down to the nanoscale.
We are supported by the Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), the Institute of Solid State Electronics at TUD, the Center for Advancing Electronics Dresden of TUD, and dresden|exists as our local consulting network at TUD.
