Our complementary team combines more than three decades of experience in high-resolution 3D printing, fluidics, polymer chemistry, materials science, design, and technology company creation and growth.
As a spin-off from TU Dresden, our team is working together to realize our vision of microscale multi-material 3D printing.
Dr. Robert Kirchner
Co-Founder & CEO
Robert develops multi-material 3D printing since 2018. He has an engineering degree from Technische Universität Dresden and has 10+ years of experience in 3D micro-nano-fabrication. Robert drives the vision, the strategic development, and supports the system design.
Jörg Knorr
Co-Founder & CCO
Jörg holds a degree in economics, has long-term business experience in different positions and various areas of industries, is experienced in technology transfer, spin-offs, and the growth of companies. Jörg oversees finances and mainly coordinates and drives business development.
Josua Zscheile
Co-Founder & CTO Software
Josua holds a degree in Computer Science and has experience in sensor integration, real-time systems and software optimization. Apart from that, he is interested in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. He is mainly responsible for our software and its integration.
Man Ho Wong
Mechanical Design Engineer
Man Ho (Marcus) holds a degree in mechanical engineering. He has work experience in the semiconductor industry as well as at university. He likes to design mechanical parts and make things work, with considerations of how usable can it be to general users. He is mainly responsible for the mechanical design of the system.
Dr. FATEMEH RAJABASADI
R&D ENGINEER
Fatemeh is a passionate physicist with a background in solid-state physics. She was pursuing her Ph.D at IFW Dresden exploring cutting-edge 3D and 4D printed microcarriers for assisted fertilization. Using her expertise in 3D and 4D micro-structuring, Fatemeh is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of customer projects and helps improving our multi-material printhead technology for 2PP-Systems.
Tanya Saxena
Engineer Fluidic Systems
Tanya is a Master student at TU Dresden, studying Organic and Molecular Electronics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Before joining us, she worked in a semiconductor industry to gain insight. She is mainly responsible for parameterization, testing and optimization of the material exchange system.
Pratyaksh Yemulwar
Engineer Fluidic Systems
Pratyaksh holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nanobiophysics at the Technical University of Dresden. Prior to joining the team, he has worked at several research institutes to gain extensive knowledge in various 2D, 3D and 4D fabrication techniques. He is mainly responsible for optimizing the fluidic exchange properties of an open-fluidic system during 3D printing.
Adarsh Jagadish
Business Developer
Adarsh Jagadish is an MBA student at Dresden International University, specializing in Logistic Management. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has several years of experience across various industries, including mechanical designing, quality management as a quality inspector, and most recently, as a global trade analyst for 2.5 years. He is also a data analyst and part of the business development team.
Saurabh Karle
Software Development Engineer
Saurabh is a Master student at TU Ilmenau, studying computer science and systems engineering. He holds a Bachelor's degree in information technology. Before joining us, he worked as a DevOps engineer and SAP consultant at MNC. He is mainly responsible for the optimization and further development of the existing 3D printing software.

Prof. Dr. Gerald Gerlach
Prof. Gerlach is the director of the Institute of Solid State Electronics at TU Dresden. His expertise comprises sensors and sensor systems, semiconductor technology, functional thin films, as well as complex heterogeneous microsystems. He did hold various university management positions.
Dr. Arne Schleunitz
Arne Schleunitz is since 2016 Co-CEO and CTO at micro resist technology GmbH. He studied electrical engineering and his scientific focus is advanced micro- and nano-structure fabrication and respective materials.
Dr. Helmut Schift
Helmut Schift is Head of the Advanced Nanomanufacturing Group at the Paul Scherer Institute. He studied electrical engineering and his specialization are micro-optics, 3D-lithography, and polymer replication down to the nanoscale.
